What dc-unlocker software version do you use? Try to restart modem and repeat unlock again, maybe this will help.

dc-unlocker_client-1.00.1131 not detect the modem so i use dc-unlocker_client-1.00.1125 sometime give error code 36

Error 36 might as well mean that device was unlocked, since it is only a response after the unlock process from the router. Please check it with other operator sim card, let us know the result.
