Huawei E5172 Unlock

Can i get this device unlocked please? Current status with latest DC-Unlocker version detects it successfully. An unlock process failed but i was deducted 7 credits. Log is as follows:

I am still getting the same feedback with the version above. I have tried the Firmware Updater tool with a DC-unlocker dongle however that runs over 20 mins yet my router will not show any signal bars for me to stop the process. I have 3 unlock attempts left on the device now.

Latest update is that I get up to 3 signal bars with the 3rd bar blinking during this period for over 1 hour with 3 different operations with the E5172 Updater tool. It never comes up with the 5 bars indicated in the tutorial. What else can i try with my E5172Cs-930 please.
