If it appears in other devices means you need to install usb drivers for it for device to become detectable. Drivers can be found on our support area.

Device must be visible in ports section for it to be detected on HHS firmware writer. Make sure you are using latest HHS firmware writer, it exists hilink modem for devices automatically, monitor device manager when you launch firmware writer soft, see if device disappears from network adapters and appears under "other devices" section. After connecting device and launching software it appears in other devices but software is still not detecting it

Still same i have reinstalled drivers and checked it on a new computer also when this device was locked it used to get connected without any problem now it doesn't connect after i have unlocked it

Make sure device is not being used by another service on computer and make sure you have USB drivers installed for it on computer.
