i buy the user name and password, dc-unlocker detect my router but unlock option remain disable for your refrence i attached the screen shot.

That's because your router is detected as "unlocked". There should be unsupported operator's sim inside it to get correct lock status, only then possible to unlock it. For example if it's locked to operator A then you insert operator's B sim in it, then detect and then unlock. If it is detected as unlocked with unsupported operator's sim as well ,then it means that device is not locked at all.

yes i insert the other operator sim at the time of detection. router is from STC and put the Zain sim at the time of detection

Means your router is not locked at all, maybe only has customized web ui that works with STC only.

You should try to find generic firmware of your router or web ui, then update with it, and then use router.
