Please I want to know how i can transfer credit from one user to another.
A friend of mine will like to transfer some credit from his account user to my account user. Kindly guide on how to carry this out.

You will have to provie that you have access to account that you want transfer credits from. We will need username from which credits should be transfered, email address to which that account is related to, how many credits are there left in that account, what was the last device unlocked by that account, if possible also provide IMEI of device that was unlocked by that account, then we can initiate credti transfer from it.

Sorry, not possible to transfer credits that were received for free from facebook.

This is exactly why it must be so, people will abuse free credits service to unlock devices that cost more than 4 credits, therefore it is not allowed to move those credits from one account to another.

Yes, you can buy more credits on username that you received from facebook, but even after adding credits facebook credits can not be moved to other account.
