Huawei E173 - "dc" try unlock the modem but the number of attempts was ZERO

Hello!

When I trying to unlock the modem I did not see that the number of attempts to unlock was zero. Than the unlock procedure passed successfully but the "dc-unlocker" program probably could not enter the unlock code into the modem...
Is it possible to enter the unlock code in another way?
Is it possible to return spent credits if no other unlock?
Modem still locked but the 4 credits was payed...
Can you help me? Please.

You can try to unlock same device for 0 credits now if they were consumed earlier during unsuccessfull attempt. Also it looks like your modem has customized firmware in it therefore this might be the reason why it wasn't unlocked.
