After that messae I got 4 credits in my account and when I selected "Read
Firmware code" and pressed Do job Credits were gone and I got Unlock code that I cannot insert anywere in connection manager.

How can I Unlock this datacard?

Unfortunately, but this firmware that your device runs is not supported by dc-unlocker at the moment, maybe someday in future, no exact date. Currently we do not have solution to this problem. Under what username you've tried to unlock this device? We will be able to add back credits or check for refund possibility.

So there is no way that the unlock code can be inserted to that firmaware version at the moment?

Is it possible to update or downgrade firmware to get DC-unlocker to work?

Yes, not possible at the moment. Otherwise i would have had provided you solution for how to unlock it. You want us to add back credits to your account or you want a refund for purchased credits?

Hi,

I think I'd like refund. I can allways add more credits when I need to unlock some other data card

Could you send me info when you have solution for tis firmware?
