I purchased this Huawei WiFi hotspot from Telstra in sydney Australia, and understood that it was locked to their network.
So here is what the DC-unlocker software is showing

so my question is....... why is it showing unlocked?
I still have the Telstra SIM card in the unit, is that the reason?
Thanks for your help and guidance of how to ensure that the unit can be unlocked.
Thanks
