unlocking huawei e122

hi, new member on here trying to unlock a "3" huawei e122 dongle ,i,m getting a few different errors while doing so.
got my credit which is gone to zero ,although from what i can see it,s zero credits to unlock this type dongle.
question ,do i start up and run the dongle using existing card ? no card ? or different sim card ?
or not run original software ?user name on dc-unlocker = bobhope1

Please copy all here from dc-unlocker software version. detected device information till error code, then we would be able to check more.
Also, you can repeat unlock. Unlocking same device again would not require credits. Just restart modem before repeating unlock.
