  • Need help unlocking E5776s-32

    Just buy credit wish to unlock my E5776s-32,
    it shows my device is unlock with my original sim card.
    wonder how can i unlock it? didn't hear anything from contact by email?

    someone please help, here's my status

    You must insert not original sim from other operator into device before detecting it. Then you get correct lock status and only then unlock button will be active in unlocking tab.

      Hello, I was not able to unlock my modem after many try.
      I would love to ask for refund and get my credit back, can you tell me how to do it?? thanks

          I have try it with my old and new sim and still the software is showing the same result, that is why i don't want to carry on and hope to ask for refund of the service. and FYI i sent u guys few emails and have no reply, i couldn't get proper help and assistance too. plz refund me my credit thats all i am asking for, thanks a lot

            Refund is not possible because you have reversed the payment. Device must be detected neither with old or new sim card it must be detected with invalid sim, for instance if your modem is locked to operator "A" then there must be operator's
            "B" sim inside it during detect/unlock. Also, you must have sent your mails to incorrect email addresses as we reply all that are sent to our support email box.

              FYI, i have sent few email both to the email listed on your contact page [email protected] [email protected] and til now yr team never reply me during the time i need support and help. Plz check with paypal my payment and proceed for the refund bcoz i have not use yr unlocker and plz be reasonable .... when customer request for canceling the service that i am not able to use. plz reply
