How to use mobile partner on k3765 modem

Mobile partner does not detect the k3765 modem when it's installed, the device is not getting detected at choose device on mobile partner is there a way for it to use mobile partner and the modem k3765 get's detected?

Make sure that modem is not being used by any other program first before trying to detect it on mobile partner. Better off, uninstall it's original dashboard from pc. Then try. Otherwise it might mean that it is not available to use with this software.
