  • Can't unlock Huawei E122

    Hey there,

    I am trying to unlock from my Mother her Three Huawei E122 Internet stick so my dad can use a German Card. (Called Alditalk), Well I got so far that I could click Unlocking then I pressed Read unlock and auto enter Modem. Now It cant find the Stick and it is still locked. When I want to find I have to put in E122 and Com 12 and 13. Otherwise it says no Modem found.

    This device has not been unlocked by dc-unlocker.
    Need to detect by autodetect, not select model manually.
    Be sure there is not original (other provider than modem) sim inserted at detect time.
    Disconnect other huawei modems form computer if are connected.

      Please read it again... It dosent work if I do Autofind. Neither on my Computer then on my Moms...

        Means maybe that there are other modem or phone connected to pc at detect time? Make sure no other service or program is using your modem that you try to detect/unlock. However if you try to detect it manually make sure you take Application com port from Modem's line in device manager not from Ports. Right click on your device under modems line, select properties, modem's tab, there will be correct application com port number.
