        Hi I am from Saudi Arabia. I am a dongle user.

        I unlocked Huawei E5372 Mobily 21.270.01.00.82, after unlocking I tried and used STC network sim, it was showing network but internet was not working, i though it may be APN settings problem, i logged in to the router page and created a new APN profile for STC (jawalnet.com.sa), but when i tried to save it, it said "CAN NOT USE THIS APN". Secondly I used ZAIN network sim and it worked fine and no need to change or create APN profile. But it worked only 3g.

        I want solution to the following problems.
        1. What to do so that I can use STC nework sim.
        2. Zain worked for me but only 3G, what should I do to make all network sim working with 4G network. Do I need to write different firmware to the device, if yes which firmware version should I use fom the list of available firmwares in the support area page.
        3. One thing I noticed was very strange, I unlocked the device and it unlocked, then I again tried to unlock it and it got unlocked again, why is that so, if the device is unlocked the software should show me error as DEVICE ALREADY UNLOCKED.

          1. Contact STC carrier for solving connection issues to them as we won't be able to help about it. You should try switching apn settings from static to dynamic, might help too, otherwise only operator can help.
          2. We do not change frequencies deevice works on, it might be so that other operator provides 4g on different one therefore it does not work.
          3. Device does not show lock status of device therefore can repeat unlock.
