Socket Error #10054 by Updating E5372

Hello everybody,

I try to update my E5372 because connection with 21.236. is really bad.
It looks good but then it stops at last step and Socket Error #10054 appear.

Now the Modem only displays 'Do Not Power Off' and doesn't work anymore at all.

Any ideas? When the refund is done I would like to try it again.
