This device has not bee unlocked by dc-unlocker. What sim is there inserted to device at detect time? Original or other provider?

not detcting dc unlocker E5172. i have 2 modem same problem ( xp & win7)
i try to update modem "E5172updater" no luck

If it was detected earlier, but now it isn't then you have changed something on your computer. Restore it back as it was then it will be detected again.

sorry sir that 1st done after reset router. this is other one.now i have two pcs modem. before detecting e5172 modem but now no detect.

Then reset it as well. Make sure router is not used by any other service, like it's web ui left opened. Make sure that it's ip / gateway is not used by any other adapter.

Updating incorrect firmware may damage your device. Do it on your own risk if you know that firmware work for your modem.

When I am searching via "AUTO DETECT" with LAN cable then it`s show me that there is no modem.
Then I open "E5172 Updater Tool"
"DC-UNLOCKER" shut down automatically after I open "E5172 Updater Tool".
I also tried without open "DC-UNLOCKER", in the end result is the same like as below picture.

Does your router asks to input unlock code on it's webui/dashboard?
