What sim card is there inserted at detect time original or not (from other provider than modem)?

At detect time 3-ITA sim card was inserted , so appear as unlocked , inserting other sim ask for unlock code

You must insert unsupported operator's sim inside modem, only then possible to unlock directly from DC-unlocker software.
