Can't Unlock Huawei E3131s-2

Huawei E3131s-2. After connecting Modem , Internet is not working. I can't unlock the modem. Server not connecting in dc unlocker.

1. I have tried new version of Dc unlocker
2. I have tried tutorial also

Then also no use. Pls help me to unlock.

Have you changed adapter priority settings? Have you restarted computer after these changes?

Thanks for your reply Mr. Vincentas.I have changed the adapter priority. But I did't restart the computer. I tried Win Xp and Win 7 also

Try to change metric settings then: control panel > network and internet > network connections > Right click on your device that you want to unlock connection > Properties > Internet protocol (TCP/IP) > Properties > Advanced > IP settings > Uncheck "Automatic metric". Set Interface metric as "200". OK > OK > OK
