error code 314

Dear Support Team,
I have purchased 7 credits because I was trying to unlock my Hawaii Vodafone R207, I used DC-unlocker, but I received (error code 314).
my device has not been unlocked and my credit has been withdrawn.
I need you support to figure out this problem, by helping me unlocking my device or refund my money back.

Try to repeat unlock. Unlocking same device again will not need credits and you will be able to repeat unlock with 0 credits.
If that will not help,after error open device manager and update drivers for all unknown device for modem that you see there. Then restart and try unlocking again.
