huawei e303s cant unlock

Hi there!!
I have a problem why DC-Unlocker consume my credits yet did not manage to unlock my modem.. is there a problem with my model? it is written that it is supported yet dc unlocker consume the credits without unlocking my modem... by the way here is my modem's detail.. please help me out with this..

Yes, this model and version is supported. Restart modem and repeat unlock. Unlocking same device again will not require credits.
