Y210 unlock problem

I tried to unlock one Huawei y210, connect it push vol- and vol+ and power and phone screen turn pink, i connect it and push search in client:

DC - Unlocker 2 Client 1.00.1143

Detecting phone :

selection :
manufacturer - Huawei phones
model - Auto detect (recommended)

Found Applications port COM95
Found Diagnostics port COM96


Phone not found !

I followed the guide to the letter, I tested on another pc, after the program sends the loader the phone not recognized

Then try to connect to another usb port. Otherwise if still unsuccessful will need to take log file from you to check more about it, it also looks like incorrect drivers might been applied if you haven't uninstalled original ones before installing those from our guide.

I try on a computer that has installed any driver and install the guide

Please do this:
1. Restart DC-Unlocker software.
2. Go to Server tab, login.
3. Try to Detect your device.
4. After that, go to Options tab.
5. Click "Save log".
6. Send that file to me, please.

Looks like your phone does not have imei / meid (if cdma) for this reason not detectable.
