Is it possible to change the Subsystem Vendor ID / Subsystem Identifier using DC-Unlocker?

Lenovo locks out any modems that aren't lenovo branded, even if they are identical. I can get around this by reflashing the appropriate Lenovo Subsystem Vendor ID / Subsystem Identifier to the modem. Can I do this with DC-Unlocker?
