Huawei E3351s-2 - Modem not found

Hello

I have the latest version of DC Unlocker and the modem is installed

- Make sure drivers are installed (check)
- Use latest DC-Unlocker client software (check)
- Use Autodetect (check)
- Make sure modem is not connected to internet (check)
- Make sure modems connection software is turned off

It seems like the modem haven't registered a COM port.
How can i make sure the software is turned off?

By checking task manager processes and services window.
If it is hilink modem then it won't have com ports, it will be detected via it's gateway.

It is a HiLink modem. Do you have the name of the processes and the service it uses? I've identified the mbbService.exe process, but i reckon there's more.

Ok, it turns out that the modem i have comes unlocked from the provider.
