problem after unlocking Huawei E5372t for Mobily company in Saudi Arabia

Hi Everyone,

I hope you all having a great time. I have a question regard 4G wifi Huawei E5372T device that I bought unlocked and I believe been unlocked by this website.

My question is, in the city where I live my device will not pick 4G. but all the other cities will pick 4G. where the other Huawei devices like the company unlocked one will

pick 4G in my city. so my question is why mine the one unlocked cant pick 4G in my city while the factory unlocked device will pick it. and is there anything I can do ?

Sorry, do not have this information. If device accept other provider sim cards, then it is unlocked. Modem frequencies are not effected by unlock and is not related with unlock.
