how to solve this

If you can not detect modem, check this:
Make sure all drivers are installed.
Make sure modems connection software is installed, but not running. (if there is one)
Use Autodetect on DC-unlocker “select model” line.
Make sure modem is not connected to internet.

You sure that Dashboard/connection software of modem is not running on computer? Try to detect it manually, right click on the line of your device that appears under Modems, select Properties, open Modems tab there, see what com port is shown there - it will be Application com port. Afterwards on dc-unlocker select model of your modem, then write in Application and Diagnostics port fields manually and attempt to detect it. Diagnostics com port is visible under Ports line.

If you are sure that you wrote in correct port numbers then it might be problem of the drivers as well. Try to reinstall modem with drivers from support area - https://www.dc-unlocker.com/file-lis...ms_and_Routers first driver pack in the list will fit this modem.
