If you want to unlock E5372 Bolt Download lower bolt firmware from here: https://www.dc-unlocker.com/file-list/Firmwares/Huawei/HiSilicon_platform/E5372 (second file from bottom). Then flash device using this software: https://www.dc-unlocker.com/forum/showthread.php?t=24196 after downgrade is complete, use standard bolt unlocker tool to unlock - https://www.dc-unlocker.com/huawei-e5372-bolt-detect-unlock-guide

I faced the same problem and I downgraded the firmware and unlock the device. E5372 is accepting sim cards from other operators but I am not able to change the APN or profile settings on the device. It comes as read-only. what should I do now?

Need to update WEBUI of the device maybe, but if it's same as above - BOLT then it should not be so, unless you have some other device.
