Huawei B681 unlock error

Hi I have a Huawei B681 that I can't unlock, the dcunlocker software detects it as B683 even if on modem is written B681,How to unlock this modem??? Here is the full log:

Hello, error 141 means that router has unlock counter blocked/reached it's unlock attempts limit therefore sorry but no solution to this problem.
