Please help for huawei E5172AS-22

when i update the firmware for router E5172as-22 then it is not connect internet and power led is red light, and wps and wlan is turned on always after boot , and when i update from web page it is tel me (the router is in equipment mode and can not be updated. switch normal mode and try again) ,and in the web page in internet page we nothing can change any choice for (APN PROFILE) and others option . the signal of cell network is good but nothing dial up to connect internet.
please help me

but i didn't have the original firmware , please help me to find that, or help me to download the firmware from other router because i have other one.
the router original firmware refer to zain jordan version V200R001C849SP300

Do not have solution for extracting firmware from another device, better to use original updater that is made by manufacturer.
