Error Unlocking Huawei E5172

Hi,

I just tried to unlock my router and sudden the DC-Unlocker gives an error and closes the program. When i open the program again my credits are gone and the router is still locked ... Can you please help me?

Restart modem and repeat unlock. Unlocking same device does not require credits. Also, be sure that you have other connection, not only the modem which you try to unlock.
