Huawei E5372T locked from STC

i have E5372T for unlock but the problem is, this unit is now counter blocked condition so i can't input the unlock code. is there any option to to reset or for flashing.
can you share flashfile for this modem.

my net is working properly, i have dongle w/ credits. modem is detected, i can check my credits balance but when i hit direct unlock software say " cannot connect to ser".

what the problem?

Have you checked adapter bindings like explained in tutorial which Vincentas gave before unlock procedure?

Check adapter binding settings https://www.dc-unlocker.com/adapter-binding-settings

If adapters do not solve connection problem check metrics:
control panel > network and internet > network connections > Right click on your device that you want to unlock connection > Properties > Internet protocol (TCP/IPv4) > Properties > Advanced > IP settings > Uncheck "Automatic metric". Set Interface metric as "200". OK > OK > OK
