I upgraded the firmware by mistake so my device became locked.
Find another tread about the problem https://forum.dc-unlocker.com/forum/...refund-credits Downgraded the firmware with success.
Bought credits and run the unlocker. The process went fine until it stopped with an error.

Now the router reports that I don't should turn it off (the symbol for firmware upgrade) It's been like this 45 minutes or so. I also have zero credits left but still no unlocked device. What to do?

    TIA,
    /duelago

I rebooted the device. It seems ok, but it is locked. Can you give me 7 new credits so I can try a second time?

    TIA,

Please copy here what is deetcted by dc-unlocker software. Or write firmware version that it has now.
Usually unlocking same device would not require credits and you should be able to repeat unlock with 0 credits for same device.

Did you click the Dropbox link I provided with the screenshot? It said no credit when I tried a second time.

Update. I can run the unlock application but end up with the same problem again. However I can't run the firmware downgrader application no longer due to no credits. This is the error I got this time when I run the unlocker. https://www.dropbox.com/s/skv66kw2q9...59.33.jpg?dl=0

SOLVED! I tried the unlocker a third time and this time it worked. I use VMWare on a Mac and I think the problem was that the USB-port connection got confused when the router rebooted. When I "hardwired" the port to Windows on VMWare it worked
