need help to connect to modem/ruter, i try tru usb & wifi whit procedure, on xp & win7 too but still no connection?

It should be connected by wifi. Check, if your connection and device which you want to unlock ip is not same.

i change 4 comps to find one thet works whit app...
i can ping or web access from all comps but i cant read it even if disconnect lan only on wifi

On what IP it is set, maybe it's page on browser is left opened during detection?

192.168.1.11 mask 255.255.255.0
browser is open after app didnt read modem
I try on desktop core4,laptop i5,laptop core2, only working laptop atom cpu

so it's detectable on laptop with atom cpu as i understood or you had something else in mind?
