Vodafone R207 with PRO7 SIM = No connection !!!

Hi all,

i bought a new R207 from Vodafone and a new Pro7 Sim Card.
But every time i get the error "Connection restricted"


I use the following Settings to use this device:

APN: Event.vodafone.de
IPv4/IPv6-Number: *99#
All other fields (DNS, user, pw,...) are empty

I cant get a connection to the Internet and i do not know why.

Make sure there is invalid operator's sim inside your device when you do detection, otherwise you get incorrect lock status on detect info.
