    GLOBOLT huawei show success unlock but not unlocked

    pls i was try to unlock 2 huwei modem with 8 dc credit while my credit was deducted but modem not unlocked
    one show successfull unlock but it cannot detect another carrier simcard except the locked one
    pls refund my 8 credit
