    manufacturer - Huawei modems
    model - Auto detect (recommended)

    Interface : 192.168.8.1

    Model : Huawei EC5377

    Serial NR. : D7KBY1533-------
    Firmware : 11.432.11.11.172

    SIM Lock status : Locked (Card lock)
    Wrong codes entered : 0 (unlock attempts left : 10)

    You should check metrics: control panel > network and internet > network connections > Right click on your device that you want to unlock connection > Properties > Internet protocol (TCP/IPv4) > Properties > Advanced > IP settings > Uncheck "Automatic metric". Set Interface metric as "200". OK > OK > OK

      i have followed the above information but the error remain same , internet works fine but dc-unlocked don't get connection to server.
      Kindly guide me next , I'm trying to unlock this device from 2 days , i made a renewal of dc-unlocker for this modem.

            No blocks on you on our side. Have you checked adapter bindings list and made sure that connection of ec5377 is on the bottom?

              Yeah connection of EC5377 is on bottom , Actually dc-unlocker found modem sucesfully and when i click unlock it get connection with server after that dc-unlocker shows "Changing to comport" , at the same time device get reconnection and dc-unlocker gives error modem not found with this log.

              I have unlock code but i can't put that code cause on modem ip adress page its not giving option for unlock.

                But have you checked after this error device manager? Maybe then you need to install drivers and detect via ports like explained in tutorial that we made for ec5377 unless you haven't read it.

                        I am unable to activate com port with hisilivon firmware writer.when i press refresh button in hisilicon firmware writer my modem appears in other devices in device manager.and here is the message that appears in hislicon firmware writer
