Unable to change APN after unlocking KSA STC E5372

I have downloaded you software from the link below and used 7 credit to unlock the modem.
The modem seams to be unlocked but the current APN setting cannot be changed to Mobily (web1 or web2) or Zain (zain). It gives the message: "this apn can not be used"

The system will accept any other APN rather than Mobily or Zain.

My modem firmware is exactly as the one described in the web page above (find the details below).
Please help or give me my money back.

We help only with unlock procedure not setting up a device as described in user agreement. For the record you should either use Dynamic option instead of the static on APN or write different web ui into your device if current one does not operate well with other operators.
