error 40 on dc unlocker

i have downloaded and installed huwei ec5377 as well huwei 5.0 drivers but still my device appears in other devices tab in device manager.dc unlocker gives error 40 after switching COMports.

After this error opend device manager. If there are new devices that belong to your modem, update drivers for them and repeat unlock.
