E5372 ZAIN problem !!

i'm trying to unlock it version is supported .

but don't detected the pc only mass storage & i check tutorials not appear in network advanced settings .

what is the problem ?

If you can not detect modem, check this:
Make sure all drivers are installed.
Make sure modems connection software is installed, but not running. (if there is one)
Use Autodetect on DC-unlocker “select model” line.
Make sure modem is not connected to internet.

every thing ok like you said and the same problem .

changed pc & every thing is oki .

note my old pc is win 8.1 64 bit .worked one is win 8 32 bit
