I just ordered the factory code and gave my imei to the system but all of the four codes that it returned are wrong! Is it possible? I don't have to say to system my phone model somehow?

Explained after contacted by live chat. Credits added back to your account as you generated unlock code. Unlock code is not for bootloader.
