Maybe any processes for this device left running? If so, close them. Try detecting as phone and as a modem too. Also, wait for software to finish detect as from your screnshot it looks not finished.

Do you see this device in modems section too? Or there is other huawei modem connected. If see there, check, what com port number it uses.
Also, can try to detect as huawei modems too. Same not detected?
