    For the Huawei E3531 - it is undetectable. I have tried the following but its still not working.


    Check, if the drivers are installed
    Check, if the connection software for this modem is closed and modem is not connected to internet
    Check, if you use autodetect function in dc-unlocker software
    Use different computers

    You can't unlock e303 because you have detected it with only 1 port, detect with both then unlock will work. New credits not required for repeating unlock on same device. And for E3531 use hilink modem detection guide from here https://www.dc-unlocker.com/huawei-modems-text-guides

      Thank you for the ver quick reply, thanks.

      Was not lucky with the guide, this is what I got. about the E3531, will try the E 303 latter.( Not sure what you mean by detecting on 2 ports).

        This is What i got after making sure I insert and install the E303 on all ports,

          As you can see you still detecting with only 1 com port on dc-unlocker, therefore unlock does not work for you. After you will detect with both com ports then it will work.

              Yes, credits for e303 were added back to your account already. And regarding e3531 your com ports are both same, means modem installed not correctly on pc.
