prolem with Huawei E5330 / MTC 424D unlock

hi for all
am tried to unlock this device locked for mtn sudan and counter is zero with dcunlocker always give me
Error code 208 ....
device not take com on file manager and give failed when dcunlocker sayed change to com
after this point on device manager some huawei mobile need driver....if this driver problem i need it

Is device detected with com port when you try to unlock? If it is then means not possible to reset blocked counter.

no ..not detected com port but dcunlocker can read router details but without take com ...but need driver when dc unlocker sayed switch to com and need driver you can see it in device manager...i think am need this driver to reslove com port problem
