How to unlock Huawei F362?

PC not detecting it,
do we need to open the phone?
any instruction how to connect with this phone

Phone should be connected to pc via usb cable, then first thing you need to check is computer area where drives are visible and see if cdrom/drive of your phone is there, if it is, open/launch set up and install everything what comes with it. Then if that drive remains after installation, right click on it and select eject, this should make phone to pop up somewhere in device manager.

You should use auto detect option. Application com port is taken from Modems section.

make sure no other service or software is using your phone, if com port taken it won't be possible to detect it. Can check this in task manager - services tab, any related to your device manufacturer/operator service should be closed. As an option can right click on your device line that appears under "modems" section, select properties, then modem tab and see what com port it shows there, then write this com port into application com port field, diagnostics port visibler under "ports" section, write it in as well and attempt to detect.

nope, still no luck , no other huawei software on my laptop
anybody have success on F362 unlock? anybody? hope you support it on IMEI unlock code calculation co'z this phone is not detected by dc unlocker software

If you have user account for dc-unlocker or if you are a dongle user, then we could take log file from you and check this problem on our side more closely.

yup, i'm a dc unlocker dongle user, bought it few months ago, phone is still at my shop, happy to take a log for you, what should i do in order to take a log?

You should provide us your dongle id.

Please do this with latest dc-unlocker software:
1. Restart DC-Unlocker software.
2. Go to Server tab, login.
3. Detect your device. Try to unlock it, if not possible do rest of the steps
4. After that, go to Options tab.
5. Click "Save log".
6. Provide that file to us.

Seems incorrect drivers applied for your phone, please try to uninstall your phone from pc, download general drivers for huawei phone from our support area and try to apply them manually for your phone, your phone should be visible in device manager with yellow exclamation marks or question marks. And are you sure that this is Huawei phone?

Yes it's a HUAWEI
Huawei F362-20 Cordless Phone to be exact, i'll try to find a compatible driver on support..any recommended driver for huawei spreadtrum base phone?
i also have factory firmware from huawei and a readed dump file from other tool(UNLOCK and NON UNLOCK dump) incase needed
