Good day people i have Huawei E5372s-32 with all codes expired 0 trys left pls help

  • Good day people i have Huawei E5372s-32 with all codes expired 0 trys left pls help

    Good day people need some help with unlocking my Huawei E5372s-32 , software version 21.270.09.01.295 , web ui 13.100.10.295 ,hardware version cl1e5372sm .

    So problem started becose my provider did not gave me correct code i called them to give me unlocking code , they gave me one and it did not work count got down i tryed one more time still no go .So i tryed on internet got few codes new algo ,old algo ,flash nothing worked ,count got to 5 .

    Then i connected to this program

    Program got connected clicked unlock and trys got to zero ,so anyone pls help i think firmware rewrite will get me back to 10 again , i need help i am not familiar with flashing and unlocking this lte modems but i did allot xbox360,ps3 and everything else flashing unlocking , u need to just push me in right direction ,i will purchase credits i just need to know can this be fixed and unlocked ,thank u in advance .

      Sorry, not sure. Only one this version modem was unlocked, also, noone contacted us with similar modem. Thats why can not tell for sure.

        Thanks for your response , if u cant unlock it then i need to return counter to 10 again , can new firmware rewrite do this i saw u have good collection of firmwares here for e5372 , i will try anything modem is brand new and on warranty if i brick it i can return it for new one lol , thanks in advance .

          No, dc-unlocker does not have such option to reset only counter. Flashing firmware won't reset it.

            Ok then , can offical huawei servicers reset it and or unlock it they have exacly same firmware and tools to do this , as my mobile operator gave me 2 codes to unlock it and they dident work they said i go to them . What is protection on this lock counters some none write memory ?,firmware . This E5372 is old modems 2-3 years old , i dont get it how did u not developed tools for unlocking them ,whats the problem its only a modem .

              We do not have information about official huawei services. You need to contact them about their services.

                Thanks for your reply , i mean if u know whats done to chip when u exeed 10 wrong code entrys , some non volatile or volatile memory got fcked up as u say firmware rewrite will not reset counter , and no more writing codes or something like that . I dident flash anything for about a year so need to read up , i think some other universal or europe firmware shuld reset counter , can i brick it if i try to flash universal or europe firmware .

                  Yes, there is a chance that you will get your device damaged during flashing, does not matter to what firmware - flashing is always a risk.
