Hello, please let us know your username/dongle id. Also try to repeat unlock and see if it's same.

Please do this:
1. Restart DC-Unlocker software.
2. Go to Server tab, login.
3. Detect your device. Try to unlock it, if not possible do rest of the steps
4. After that, go to Options tab.
5. Click "Save log".
6. Send that file to me, please. send to dc-unlocker"eta"digiteka.lt
