huawei E8372h

my device E8372h is stuck in download mode, tried to write firmware few days ago and from then its stuck, whenever it goes into download mode and change com ports , it stops responding.
the device never detects diagnostic port, only shows the application port.
when plugged into pc nothing happens as well.
when i tried to run the exe update file, it says Error code 16 can not switch the download mode
the wifi and other light keep blinkng but wifi doesnt show as well.
plus i tried to flash a firmware from hisilicon writer and it ate 4 credits even with failed attempt.

i had 20 credits when i flashed firmware, which failed after switching to download mode.

Sorry, if original firmware updater does not rhelp, then we I not have other way to exit this mode. Flashing is risky and you need to know what you are doing. There had to be warning message before starting software about that and that credits used for flashing will not be returned.

hi thanks for the reply, i am not asking for refund just wanted to know how it works, but i figured it out from forums that the charges for firmware are only once. so that works all well.
my question is , if this semi bricked device can be recovered, or should i just forget about it, as dead :P.
i also figured out my mistake, my device is E8372h-153 but the firmware flashed was E8372h-9xx something.

Device might be possible to repair with JTAG if you know any service that provides such repair methods you should check with them.
