Your dongle does not have dc-unlocker activation on it, just letting you know.

Please do this:
1. Restart DC-Unlocker software.
2. Go to Server tab, login.
3. Detect your device. Try to unlock it, if not possible do rest of the steps
4. After that, go to Options tab.
5. Click "Save log".
6. Send that file to me, please.

Same result. log file attached. I know DC-Unlocker is not activated. Last time I try to activate but Infinity Team failed to activate so I drop activation till DC unlocker support downgrade customized signed firmware. You can restore my last unlocking as it was just for test and it give wrong code as it was for V4 device but got v3 code so if you restore it I will test this unlocking.

Unfortunately, but i can not add demo credits back as they were even used from different device. Try please to perform unlock with latest dc-unlocker software instead.

If I flash it with firmware Huawei_B310_927_Firmware_21.300.01.00.00_general_S IGNED from DC Unlocker then it may unlock? Confirm me as if it still not unlock I need credit back used by this flash

Without activating dongle it won't work. We do not have information if you can flash your router with this firmware, flashing was tested only on B310 locked to BOLT.

please help me stc b310s-927 his not downgrade

Downgrade made for b310 locked to BOLT only. Can try this method - detect router first on dc-unlocker client software, close dc-unlocker client software, then launch Huawei HiSilicon flasher program, then try to flash the router.
