Thanks for the test account. The Unlocker client returned me 4 different codes (NCK, NetSub, SP, Unblock) but no one was correct (when I tryed to unlock the bootloader with "fastboot oem unlock <code>" I received the error "Invalid code" with all four codes).

Probably I'm making some mistakes.

Could you help me, please?

Yes, you had to use read bootloader code instead of reading unlock codes. You will need to buy 4 credits for reading bootloader code.

Make sure phone is visible correctly in device manager, check if no other modem is connected. Simply reconnecting device to another usb port may help in your case.
