I suggest you to reconnect phone to another port/restart pc or reinstall phone on pc. Make sure hisuite not running in background too.

I tried the latest version of the DC-Unlocker, either i had error connecting to server or once i had a connectin it only showed that my Sim was unlocked and imei.

Hello. I have windows 10 and dc- unlocer not see the phone , but can be seen in Device Manager Huawei modem .
