E5172As-22 Can't detect

Hi i have E5172As-22 i bought unlocking service from you and i can't detect my modem, my router is on 192.168.0.1 and i tried wireless and LAN connect and every time my modem isn't detected, i tried to hook up E3131 USB modem and it showed up fine, i don't have your dongle and i don't want to buy it, because i need this procedure only once, please help me

p.s.
1.I am on V200R001C00SP205.BIN and somebody before me took all attempts to enter NCK code
2.As you can see in a pictures below, that dc unlocker is trying to connect for a second and than fails and i don't know why, I allready tried Windows XP and Windows 8, static IP adress and stuff like that, and nothing helps, i have two E5172' s and none of them is detected by this software.
3. Don't look at the DC version in a screenshots - I was using 4 last versions from the newest
4. Modem if from Latvia locked by LMT carrier
5. There was one smart guy before me who tried random nck codes and there is no more attempts left

Hello there, you should check if there are more active adapters on your pc, they migth be using same ip gateway as router therefore it may cause detection problems. If changing IP (if theyy duplicate) does not help then sorry, it won't be possible to unlock it by direct method and since counter is blocked already generating valid code and attempting to insert it will also result in failure.

Ok i tried to disable all adapters except lan and it never helped, so if there no options available, can i get refund ?

One more question, i have usb ttl cable and i know how to work with terminal, maybe there is a way to solder tx and rx directly to the board and have some chances unlock it that way or just to reset the counter

Unfortunately but can not guide you through such method, but yes, there might be a possibility, we have another huawei b310 that is unlockable by soldering usb cable to it - https://www.dc-unlocker.com/huawei-b...d-unlock-guide

Maybe your unlock attempt counter is blocked?
