Can't Get my E8372H into Download Mode :( , HiSilicon Firmware won't work neither

So I managed to downgrade the firmware to 21.110.99.04.00, simply using the Huawei ,exe firmware program without any problems, no when i try to reflash it back to 21.200.07.00.00, it won't work... The dongle Restart, I can see in device manager the dongle switching to FC mode but won't accept download... Try on different computer, with new OS even on XP and they all do the same freaking thing.. Here the log from HiSilicon... anyone have idea here??

Might be that firmware you trying to flash does not fit anymore customization of current firmware that is in the modem, can onyl suggest you to try to flash with original updater of firmware that was in modem if you have it.

Then you'll need to take it to gsm repair shop they might be able to revive it then.
